2. Accessing Trainings: Registrations and Payments

2.1. The user will be able to choose trainings to attend, using the interface of the website https://www.investorhood.com.

2.2. The user can access any course from the available offer, within the limit of available places and the eligibility criteria established for each training.

2.3. To make a valid registration for a course, the user will need to provide certain personal data. If the data provided is incomplete or incorrect, CG InvestorHood Enterprise SRL reserves the right not to validate the registration.

2.4. Following registration, the Client will pay for these services online, this being the condition for the provision of the requested services. Following the payment, CG InvestorHood Enterprise SRL will issue the Client an invoice, which is proof of the reservation of the place in the purchased course.

2.5. If the user registers and makes the payment and does not receive the invoice at the e-mail address provided, he/she is requested to notify CG InvestorHood Enterprise SRL at the e-mail address mailto:[adresa de e-mail a fost eliminată].

2.6. CG InvestorHood Enterprise SRL makes every effort to display clear information on the training. If these are not understood by the user, or if they seem unclear to him/her, the user is requested to contact CG InvestorHood Enterprise SRL for clarification.

2.7. The user is obliged to keep in mind the date of the training he/she has registered for, the schedule and the location. The user is also obliged to follow the website https://www.investorhood.com in order to keep up to date with any changes that may occur.

2.8. If the User registers for a training, he/she is obliged to pay the participation fee online, on the website, on the page of the selected course. Failure to pay the full value of the training chosen by the client will result in the cancellation of his/her participation in the training.

2.9. CG InvestorHood Enterprise SRL offers discounts, depending on the period of the year, the number of participants already registered and the number of people recommended. These will be communicated to the Client when they are identified.

2.10. The payment of the participation fee to the training represents the confirmation of the user's willingness to participate in the training and, at the same time, the fact that the user has taken note of the terms and conditions and what the participation fee includes, according to the information displayed for each course.

2.11. If the user pays the participation fee (in full or in part) and subsequently, for any reason, no longer wants or can participate, he/she can request and receive a refund of the amounts paid under the following conditions:

• Full refund, if the cancellation is communicated in writing to CG InvestorHood Enterprise SRL at least 3 days before the start date of the course;
• Refund of 50% of the amounts paid, if the cancellation is communicated in writing to CG InvestorHood Enterprise SRL at least 2 days before the start date of the course;

2.12. If the user pays (in full or in part) the participation fee and attends the first session of any package displayed on the website, but subsequently wishes to cancel the remaining sessions, CG Investorhood Enterprise SRL has the right to retain the entire amount paid by the User.

2.13. The User will always have the right to delegate another person to participate in the course, without paying any additional fee and with the only condition of notifying CG InvestorHood Enterprise SRL in writing at least 24 hours before the start date of the course.
