The term “Partners” refers to internal and external suppliers, distributors of products and services included in the CG InvestorHood Enterprise SRL offer, customers, and other partner organizations. “User” refers to any individual over the age of 16 or any legal entity registered on the site who, by completing the registration process, has agreed to the specific terms outlined in this section.
2. Accessing Training: Registration and Payments
2.1. The user may select trainings to participate in via the website interface www.investorhood.com.
2.2. The user may access any available course, subject to availability and eligibility criteria specified for each training.
2.3. To register validly for a course, the user must provide certain personal data. If the data provided is incomplete or incorrect, CG InvestorHood Enterprise SRL reserves the right to deny registration.
2.4. After registration, the client shall make the online payment for the services, which is required for the service provision. Following payment, CG InvestorHood Enterprise SRL will issue an invoice confirming the reservation of a spot in the purchased course.
2.5. If the user completes registration and payment but does not receive the invoice at the provided email address, they should notify CG InvestorHood Enterprise SRL at contact@investorhood.com.
2.6. CG InvestorHood Enterprise SRL endeavors to provide clear information about the training sessions. If the user finds this information unclear, they should contact the company for clarification.
2.7. The user is responsible for noting the training date, schedule, and location. The user is also responsible for monitoring the website www.investorhood.com for any changes.
2.8. If a user registers for a training, they must pay the participation fee online on the course page. Failure to pay the full training fee will result in forfeiting the right to attend.
2.9. CG InvestorHood Enterprise SRL may offer discounts depending on the time of year, the number of enrolled participants, or the number of referred people. These will be communicated when applicable.
2.10. Paying the participation fee constitutes confirmation that the user wishes to attend the training and acknowledges the terms, conditions, and course content as displayed.
2.11. If the user pays (fully or partially) and later cannot or does not wish to attend, they may request a refund under these conditions:
- Full refund if cancellation is submitted in writing at least 3 days before the course start date.
- 50% refund if cancellation is submitted in writing at least 2 days before the course start date.
2.12. If the user pays (fully or partially) and attends the first session of a course package, but later wishes to cancel the remaining sessions, CG InvestorHood Enterprise SRL has the right to retain the full amount paid.
2.13. The user may delegate another person to attend the course without additional charges, provided they notify CG InvestorHood Enterprise SRL in writing at least 24 hours before the course starts.
3. Personal Information and Confidentiality
3.1. CG InvestorHood Enterprise SRL respects your right to privacy and will use personal information collected on www.investorhood.com only for declared purposes.
3.2. The privacy policy outlines how we use the personal data you provide when visiting our website.

8. Acceptance of Terms

9. Force Majeure
9.1. Neither party is liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to events beyond their control.
9.2. The affected party must inform the other and take all possible measures to limit consequences.
9.3. The affected party is exempt from obligations only if the event prevents performance.
9.4. If the event continues for more than 15 days, either party may terminate the contract with notice.
9.5. Proof of impossibility must be provided within 30 days.
10. Online Payments
10.1. Course fees may be paid online by card. After payment, the team will confirm participation.
10.2. Paid participations are non-refundable and non-transferable.

11. Disputes

11.4. If any clause is deemed invalid, the remaining terms remain in effect.
