The courses offered by Investorhood in live format are considered digital educational services and therefore are not eligible for return or refund once access to course content has begun or the first 1-on-1 live session has been conducted.
Cancellation Before Course Start
For live 1-on-1 courses, students may request cancellation at least 2 days prior to the first scheduled session. Cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee, and the specific policy will be communicated before the course begins.
Technical Issues or Special Needs
In the case of technical issues or exceptional situations, Investorhood may consider only the rescheduling of sessions, not refunds.
Refunds for Digital Courses
