Scheduling Sessions
After payment confirmation, an Investorhood representative will contact the student to schedule the live 1-on-1 sessions. Scheduling will be done based on the availability of both parties.
Session Platform
The live 1-on-1 sessions will be conducted on an online platform agreed upon by both the student and the Investorhood instructor. Access details for the platform will be provided before the first session begins.
Access to Additional Materials
Depending on the course, the student may receive access to supplementary materials and educational resources before or after each session. These materials will be delivered via the online platform or by email.
Rescheduling and Cancellations
Students may request to reschedule a session at least 12 hours in advance. Cancellations may be allowed under certain conditions, and the specific policy will be communicated before the course begins.
Real-Time Technical Support
During the live sessions, an Investorhood representative will be available to provide real-time technical support in case of any technical issues or access-related questions.
Refund Policy
Live 1-on-1 courses are non-refundable once the first session has been scheduled and conducted. Refunds will only be considered in exceptional cases and will be evaluated by our team based on individual circumstances.
Communication and Notifications
Students will receive regular email communications regarding session scheduling, additional resources, and other relevant information.

All information discussed during live 1-on-1 sessions will be treated with the utmost confidentiality in accordance with our privacy policies.
