Intellectual Property and Infringement Notices Policy

1. Investorhood's Rights
The name, the Investorhood® trademark, the app, the code, the design, the editorial texts, the video materials, and other created or licensed elements are protected by intellectual property legislation.
The Investorhood figurative trademark is registered with the EUIPO under no. 018987179, in classes 9, 36, and 41, according to the documentation available to the company.
2. The User's License
The user receives a limited right of personal use of the app and the materials.
They may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or systematically exploit the materials without a legal right or written consent.
3. User Content
V1 does not allow publishing posts, comments, images, or other materials in a community.
Hoody messages, questionnaire answers, and support communications remain data provided by the user and are processed only for the purpose of providing the service, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
4. Quotation and Reasonable Use
Limited excerpts may be quoted under the conditions of the law, with attribution of the source.
5. Reporting an Infringement
If you believe that an Investorhood material or a material available through the app infringes an intellectual property right, write to:

Subject: "INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY"
Include the identification of the right, the material, and the reason for the notice.
6. Review and Measures
We may request clarifications, limit access to a material, replace or remove the material, and preserve evidence to the extent necessary.
7. Counter-Notice
If a measure affects you and you believe it is wrong, you can send the relevant explanations and evidence to the same address.
8. False Notices
Notices submitted in bad faith may result in the liability provided by law.
9. Use of the Investorhood Trademark
Using the logo or presenting yourself as an official partner requires Investorhood's consent, except for factual references permitted by law.
10. Feedback
Voluntary feedback may be used to improve the product, with respect for the rights over protected materials and for confidentiality.
