2. Investorhood Does Not Provide Investment Services
CG INVESTORHOOD ENTERPRISE S.R.L. is not authorized by the Romanian Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF) to provide investment services and activities through the V1 app.
V1:

- does not individually recommend buying, selling, or holding an instrument;
- does not assess the suitability or appropriateness of a transaction;

The app is free and does not charge success fees/a percentage of profit through V1.
