Investorhood also provides support via WhatsApp and phone, using the details displayed in the Contact section of the app and on the official contact page.
3. Legal Point of Contact
The V1 mobile app does not include a community, posts, comments, messaging between users, or other forms of public user-generated content.
For legal notices, official requests, or communications from the authorities, use: legal@investorhood.com

4. Support Schedule
Regular schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00–20:00, Europe/Bucharest
Support may be provided in Romanian and English.
Response times depend on the nature of the request. Personal data requests and legal notices are handled within the deadlines provided by law, regardless of the commercial schedule.
5. Contact and Support
To get help, the user can:
- send an email to contact@investorhood.com;
- open the WhatsApp conversation from the app;
- call the phone number displayed in the app;
- use the Contact page on the official website, once it is published/updated.
Do not send passwords, authentication codes, full card details, or other sensitive information that is not necessary.
6. Reporting Content
V1 does not allow users to publish content in the app, so there is no flow for reporting posts/comments or for blocking other users.
For feedback regarding the editorial content or a general issue with the app, use contact@investorhood.com.
For feedback regarding a Hoody AI response, you can use contact@investorhood.com. This document does not present an in-app report button that does not exist in V1.
7. Reporting a Vulnerability
Send the details to security@investorhood.com, with the subject "SECURITY – CONFIDENTIAL".
Do not access, modify, or download other users' data, and do not perform tests that affect the availability of the service.
8. Information You Should Not Send Us
Do not send via email, WhatsApp, or forms:
- your Investorhood password;
- passwords for brokerage accounts;
- authentication codes;
- the full card number or CVV;
- private keys / seed phrases;
- identity documents unless justifiably requested through a secure channel;
- medical data or other special categories of data without a clear legal reason;
- inside information or trade secrets.
9. Consumer Complaints
Complaints can be sent to contact@investorhood.com, with the subject "COMPLAINT".
Consumers retain all rights provided by the applicable Romanian and European legislation. Where relevant, they may use the alternative dispute resolution mechanisms of the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) or address the competent courts.
