1. Our Commitment
Investorhood aims to make its website and app usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities.
We refer to the applicable requirements of Romanian Law no. 232/2022, the European Accessibility Act, EN 301 549, and WCAG 2.2 AA as compliance benchmarks.
2. Current Status
The Investorhood services have not yet undergone a complete external accessibility audit.
We prioritize the public V1 flows:
- account creation and email confirmation;
- login/password reset/password change;
- the questionnaire;
- Home/Explore navigation;
- video content playback;
- Favorites and Watch History;
- the economic calendar/reminders;
- quotes/watchlist;
- Hoody AI;
- Contact;
- account deletion.
V1 does not include purchases, a community, or UGC moderation features.
3. Known Limitations
There may be:
- charts or quotes without complete text alternatives;
- third-party video content with varying levels of captioning/accessibility;
- YouTube components with provider-controlled behavior;
- rendering differences between iOS and Android;
- elements that need improvements for screen readers or text enlargement.

5. Enforcement
The rights of users and the powers of the authorities are those established by the applicable legislation.

This statement is updated when there are significant changes to the app or after accessibility evaluations.
