Welcome to Investorhood
Investorhood is a free app for financial education, information, and indicative monitoring of the financial markets, initially intended for users in Romania.
V1 brings together in a single space educational video materials, search, favorites, watch history, an economic calendar, quotes and indicative market data, a watchlist, event reminders, and Hoody AI.
The app does not execute trades, does not hold funds, does not manage portfolios, and does not provide personalized investment recommendations.

Our Vision
We aim to build a benchmark educational product for users interested in markets and investing. V1 is launched in Romania and in Romanian; future versions may extend availability, without such an extension being a promised feature of V1.
What Investorhood Offers
Educational video content — materials about markets, financial concepts, and economic context, played through YouTube.
Search and organization — searching for materials, saving videos to Favorites, and the history of watched materials.
Economic calendar — economic events and the possibility of enabling a reminder tied to an event.
Quotes and watchlist — indicative market data and a personal list of instruments to monitor. The data may be delayed or temporarily unavailable.
Hoody AI — a conversational assistant based on Google Gemini, with an educational role. The responses are generated automatically, may contain errors, and do not constitute personalized recommendations.
Contact and support — email, WhatsApp, and phone, during the schedule published by Investorhood.
Who the Platform Is For
Investorhood V1 is intended for users aged 16 or older, regardless of experience level: beginners, intermediate users, or experienced people looking for educational content and simple monitoring tools.
If the applicable legislation requires the consent of a legal representative for a minor user or for certain processing, that consent must be obtained under the conditions of the law.
What Sets Us Apart
Education and context, not execution. Investorhood explains and organizes information; it does not trade on the user's behalf.
Simple monitoring. The quotes, watchlist, and economic calendar are informational tools, not investment services.
A realistic approach to risk. Investments can produce losses, including the loss of capital.
AI with an educational role. Hoody can make mistakes; important information must be verified from primary sources before any decision.
What Investorhood Is Not
Investorhood is not a bank, broker, custodian, portfolio manager, exchange, or order execution/transmission service.
CG INVESTORHOOD ENTERPRISE S.R.L. is not authorized by the Romanian Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF) to provide investment services and activities, and it does not provide investment advice, portfolio management, or trade intermediation through the V1 app.
The content is general, educational, and informational in nature. Financial decisions belong exclusively to the user.
