1. Scheduling of Sessions:
- After payment confirmation, an Investorhood representative will contact the student to schedule the 1-on-1 live sessions. The schedule will be made according to the availability of both parties.
2. Platform for Conducting Sessions:
- The 1-on-1 live sessions will take place on an online platform agreed upon between the student and the Investorhood instructor. Details regarding access to this platform will be provided before the start of the first session.
3. Access to Supplementary Materials:
- Depending on the course, the student may have access to supplementary materials and educational resources before or after each session. These will be provided through the online platform or via email.
4. Rescheduling and Cancellation:
- The student may request to reschedule a session at least 12 hours before the scheduled date. Cancellation of sessions may be possible under certain conditions, and the specific policy will be communicated before the start of the course.
5. Real-Time Technical Support:
- During the live sessions, an Investorhood representative will be available to provide real-time technical support for any technical issues or access questions.
6. Refund Policy:
- 1-on-1 live courses are non-refundable after the first session has been scheduled and conducted. Refunds will be considered only in exceptional situations and will be evaluated by our team based on the individual circumstances.
7. Communication and Notifications:
- The student will receive regular email communications regarding session scheduling, additional resources, and other relevant information.
8. Confidentiality:
- All information discussed during the 1-on-1 live sessions will be treated with the utmost confidentiality, in accordance with our privacy policies.
